Thought I’d rant this here on bluesky as I know doing this on twitter would’ve opened me to many an angry terf, or bot account taking the opportunity to speak down to me and my surgery aha.

Anyways all that said, I’d still probably have gotten surgery knowing all the negatives, as it’s something I’ve wanted since I put my finger on me being trans and understanding my disconnect to my body and its parts lol.

Like I have no surgery regret, I’m happy to have removed my previous appendage and feel happy now about what’s below.

But I feel like the maintenance really isn’t talked about as often as it should be, and kinda swept under the rug to not discourage people.

As someone who was fed alt right content by the algorithm growing up, I would partly disagree. I genuinely believed some of that bs rhetoric at some point.

Nowadays im a far leftist trans woman and feel so detached from that person. Some people might not get that moment of clarity, which is scary.

Looks gorgeous, just wish the badge looked a bit more “official” but I’m just being picky 🤣
