When a man threatens you harm as he is forcing your clothes off, and not letting you get to you keys or phone, ya. It's coercion if you do it to get the hell away from him. Unless you are there in that moment, you can't say what you would do.

The woman involved in this, I never met. She has a daughter as well. She already made bail. A lot is being done to ensure he doesn't even have a chance at unsupervised contact anymore.

I can guarantee you he hasn't physically harmed them, thankfully. He coerced me/wouldn't take no for an answer a little over 5 years ago and one of those children is a result of that. The drugs are new, for him at least. In the past 6 months he saw him twice, less than 24 hours each time. (1/2)

It gets worse. He has always been a terrible person, but even I didn't expect this. He has 3 biological children, but thankfully doesn't have custody of any if them, nor was he ever heavily involved.

When I had a fraud call from my credit card company (Chase) the agent that called me told me I could hang up, call the number on the back of my card, and follow the prompts to contact the fraud department. They confirmed the suspicious activity and never asked me for my card number or anything.
