En mä ny tiedä onko softapatentit yhtään enemmän tai vähemmän rikki kuin patentit yleisemmin. Vaikka nyt jotain saranoita tai vaikka virtalähteitä on patentoitu aivan hitosti erilaisia, ja aika vaikea nähdä että tästä olisi ollut mitään muuta kuin haittaa.
