liberation might look like the power to unalive your oppressors - experiencing the satisfaction of revenge; the ability to decide their fate; no longer cowering for safety but moving boldly in power in a world that renders your powerless

11. Some people benefit more than others when there are DEI policies and that could be for a variety of reasons: social identities, financial resources, need, etc.

10. DEI is for EVERYONE because it is about equity and inclusion at large. We all hold social identities and we all can find a place within DEI efforts.
The great mistake of this work was telling white men that this wasn’t about them.
