Before ACA: I had to fight insurance once because our 1 year old's "well baby exam" was considered a "pre-existing condition."
Maybe the right answer is to eliminate the middle man for profit insurance companies who aren't actually providing any healthcare, but WTF do I know.

I have been reporting as spam and deleting the same “loan offer” voicemail i get three to five times a day, every day, for well over a month now. So far, it hasn’t helped one bit.
So I’ll just mark myself as “I’ll believe it when I see it.”
Really gotta close the number spoofing hole.
