For example; we got 18 boxes of shoes in today(10-15 pairs in each box on average). My job is to unbox those, put security tags on them, and put them on the shelf. Im not good at math but that's like 300 pairs of shoes, dude. AND i also helped out at the register for 40 minutes...

Work has been exhausting because I've been doing the job of multiple people all by myself and im expected to get it done all within a part-time shift, but I'm not getting paid a living wage whatsoever.

Ofc im not the only one affected in this scenario, all of my coworkers have complained of new management, hour cuts, higher expectations, and lack of help from corporate. The job market is horrendous right now so landing a job has been extremely difficult. Im running out of places to apply to.

The only person that was willing to accommodate me and understood me was our boss, but she got fired a couple of months ago so now all the things she put in place for me to be able to be consistent in my productivity and time of arrival are now being stripped away one by one.

For context, i work in retail and i have been working at the same store for about 2 and a half years now. I have had a lot of ups and downs with my attendance and performance due to having really bad mental health days or even bad mental health weeks where i cant even get out of bed on time.
