Pet Hates as a Recruiter:

1) People who name their CV file "my CV" instead of their name

2) CVs in chronological order instead of reverse chronological

3) CVs with no contact info

4) CVs in landscape instead of portrait

5) When people ask me if a role advertised as on-site could be 100% remote
