@the.artists.collab
attention: shades of grey.
Printed on my crappy printer, photocopied 8 times, scanned and stitched together in photoshop, inverted, printed on a transparency for cyanotypes, & was toned in coffee. Don't compare your 'in-progress' with someone else's proverbial 'final piece.

Gritty chemicals, water spots, and light leaks. A sort of veiled vulnerability, but I swear I’m trying.

Listen in as I chat with writer and photographer @ashleegadd about how to embrace the pivot, how to discern what you share with the public, and pushing through the initial resistance. You’ll get tips, tools, and ultimately know you’re not alone in the struggle.

Although I did many productive things today, the thing I’m proudest of is ridding my handle of the .bsky.social. Am I a tech genius? Probably.

Playing with toning cyanotypes! I’ve done some toning but I have so much more to experiment with and play with! This was black tea, toned overnight *without* bleaching first. I dig.
