Not exactly. I do "scripted events" that play out. My players know that sometimes there will be a scene in which they won't be able to change the outcome, but it's all relevant to their character's knowledge. I try to avoid railroading, but I like to set the tone when there is something important

I forget who it was, but I remember someone having a comment saying their artwork looks ai. So the artist just replied to them with a video of the timelapse with one of those bass boosted songs and the sketch of someone flipping you off that would appear on every beat. I recommend doing the same

It boggles my mind that people find it difficult to follow this advice. I'm very picky when it comes to turn based combat in video games. I've never played final fantasy, but I kind of like octopath traveler. Though I'm hesitant to continue playing the Yakuza series after 6

I've said it before, you don't owe them anything. Same thing about obsession, and it turns out this person has been playing two sides. I'm willing to bet it's going to take a long time for them to get that things aren't going to get better for them until they actually start taking care of themselves

Obsession will make people do weird / drastic things and the best advice I think I can give is that you don't owe these people anything. However terrible the situation may be, they're the one's trying to put you one the spot and make you feel bad

I was lucky that it stopped there, but for other people, like yourself, some just refuse to take a hint and keep coming back.
I've lost friends to suicide before and it absolutely sucks. Threatening to take your own life for attention is terrible and worse still when they push the blame onto someone

Long ago, I've had someone obsessed over me and it wasn't like I had Internet fame, they knew me (to an extent) and were constantly messaging me. It made me really uncomfortable and i had hoped not replying would be enough but they kept trying to message me. I eventually blocked them and that was it
