Screening is so important for breast cancer! You may be doing all the "right" things, living the "healthiest" life, and you can still get breast cancer as several friends of mine have. Regular screening catches it *earlier* which is vital. Mammograms are uncomfortable AND worth it!

No this is not my preference, it is what I'm stuck with. I pay as much as I can for newsletters/podcasts but I can't financially support all the individual journalists who do good work, and there are likely others out there who I don't know about. It's frustrating.
