We've seen many different innovative ways to take down drones, but this is the first time I've seen this particular method.

A squad-sized element of Russians is eliminated, likely while staging for an assault or rotating.

... lost his weapon. Despite this and the fact that he was running away, he still constitutes a valid military target. He was a uniformed soldier in the combat zone and not subject to any exceptions under international law.

Interestingly, the source where I found this report also stated that a "similar rally in support of those who do not want to fight was also held ... in Milan", but upon further research the protest was actually calling for the release of Ukrainian soldiers taken prisoner at Azovstal.

For those looking for positive identification of the ownership of these tanks, at 44 seconds the classic V symbol is seen painted on the front of one of the less damaged vehicles. The Russian Army has used multiple symbols including Z, V, and O to denote different units/fronts in the conflict.

An RPG warhead (PG-7) wrapped in electrical tape is seen next to one of the tanks. These jerry-rigged explosives are often seen attached to FPV (kamikaze) drones and detonated on impact, or dropped from larger hexacopter drones (like the Ukrainian "Baba Yaga). This one apparently failed to detonate.
