By law, if you ask for the supervisor, do the officers have to call the supervisor or is it up to the officer to request 1 or not?

The guy asked 2xs for a supervisor before they broke the window. I thought that once they ask for a supervisor, the cops usually stop everything and wait for the supervisor to get to the scene?

He asked for a supervisor 2x and then they broke his window. I wonder if a supervisor was ever called?

What about free speech? Isn't it a constitutional right? Didn't realize that we have to watch what we say in public.
