Observation:

The people who demand we put God on anything that doesn't move faster than we do, and even some things that do, are the same people getting mad at student loan forgiveness even though the Bible clearly states that charging interest in many cases is prohibited.

At the last minute, I decided to grab the stuff for cream of tomato soup so I could add some leftover puréed chipotle in adobo to it. I am now convinced that I am, in fact, a genius. I will be taking no questions at this time.

Weekends are when I big batch for the week. This weekend’s big batches are turkey chipotle chili and butter chicken with homemade naan. And because now I’m just showing off, I’m planning a from scratch pineapple upside down cake. I’m making caramel apple cider cheesecake on Tuesday.
