realizing as i hit send on this that 100% of my beef lies with what the movie /isn't/ rather than what it necessarily is. i guess if you have friends to watch it with and make fun of it you can have a good time. what do i know

it had so much potential to be an actual piece of art and they turned it into a jokey meme-fest because media "for kids" can get away with being slop. it upsets me greatly. no shade to ppl who enjoyed it ofc 😔
