Since my resignation from WaterWolf staff, I have only joined voice calls every once and a while. Most of my time outside of convention planning and execution has been spent in other servers or on other personal projects, such as prepping for DJ sets, and more.

Understandable. I don't know you or your situation, so I can't really comment on that portion without probably accidentally stepping on toes.

The road for equality and the betterment of society is long indeed. I just don't know how many spoons I can give before I'm burnt out.

And if I had to be honest, I can't say that I would do what you do. I'd probably just focus on the things that bring me joy - I have spent so fucking long looking for friends that care about me and that I care about, that having them fight is hurting me.

I'm just tired of all the fighting. I'm tired of my friends being caught in crossfire. I'm tired of the noise and the drama. I'm tired.

(Clarity regarding the obit comment, I'm not wishing imminent death upon anyone, just will be happy when it happens for sake of closure)

Hi, I was the bullied suspended misunderstood kid in school too. The amount of times I was sent to the principles for defending myself? There are faculty I hope I see in an obit someday.

Sometimes "not reacting" will actually get the bullies to stop because they are LOOKING FOR THE REACTION.

Okay, and? You could have just... not replied. Let it die out, rather than giving it more attention.

Instead of your whole thread today, why didn't you just thanked them for learning and implementing systems? Y'know... Positive reinforcement?

Every moment spend trading blows on social media is a minute lost from focusing your energy on the communities and visibility that you care about. I'm not saying don't fight for what's right, just that some of these horses are so beaten dead they are nothing but pulp at this point.

Stop berating.

You just give up. You stop trying. You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot force them to drink. Focusing your energy on negative mudslinging does NOT help further educate those that would value your time more.

Filter your life out then. Trust me. If you just blocked people and moved on, you would be happier. Let the court of public opinion play out. Your words impact (negatively) more than just the people you react to.
