Had some hot mead on Saturday that was so steamy, it did weird things to my lens and distorted the photo a little ... so the photo now accurately represents the feeling of sipping warm mead (and drinking it with 6x kinds of cheese + flourless chocolate cake)

Another stellar evening of #rotterdam 's best fine dining at Tres! One of the early snacks was an oliebol (fried dough ball) filled with avocado ice cream, topped with a dollop of wild garlic gel and the tenderest pork of your dang life.
