As an Ohioan I can say, unfortunately, this might underestimate the climate in red Ohio. They literally hated on Dr. Amy for her advice during Covid and though she is popular in blue areas, polls are literally neck and neck.

Not giving directly to insurance, but giving it to the people who will in turn give it directly to insurance. Makes perfect sense. 🙄
