I did rotisserie goose for Christmas last year as a stunt and it was unreal.

The problem with those is you end up with overly long line sets (because you can’t cut them) and you have to loop them and it’s not great in the long run for the equipment unless you get really lucky with your lengths.

I just did part of a Mt St Helens MTB ride and it was insane.

It’s legitimately very cool. Fully separate entrance and 2 car driveway. Living room has an incredible view across Willamette to Mt Hood. We’re heading towards doing the Furnished Finder thing because we’re not far from OHSU but could probably be talked out of that if someone wanted it.

1 bedroom plus “bonus room” (kinda crazy lofted office/guest room, no closet so can’t call it a bedroom). Washer/dryer in unit, full kitchen including dishwasher, furnace plus ac. You know anyone who’s looking?

About the ADU?

We have an ADU we need to find a new tenant for and explaining the helicopters might be a challenge.

Yeah our neighborhood (just above John’s Landing) has been helicopter central for a damn week.
