Made this at the lodge in Yellowstone last winter, which is why I have it written down fancy-style, but I make it at home too. Excellent pantry dinner; you can totally swap in frozen spinach and garlic powder or ginger powder it's FINE.

We went to a farm critter rescue open house yesterday and I met a goat! (Actually I met four goats, a sheep, a tiny pig and a rooster but this was the only one okay with being picked up)
