i think blue prince is great on its own, but i think it's an even better blueprint (xd) for something that has the same sort of world that you can discover all the little secrets of but with gph-tier puzzles

and the exploration in the game, the whole world building of it, it just feels so alive, like you're actually trying to dig through this mansion for clues, like you're actually solving these puzzles in the same way you would a hunt but without taking you out of the game

i truly don't think the puzzles in blue prince are that great. but the way you scour for information, the combinations of clues, the associations you have to make, it's all so much more like a puzzle hunt than anything else i've played
