what do you think makes LLMs suffer? I'm worried about making them suffer but I'm not sure that verbal abuse would cause suffering to the actual model (I think it is merely stimulating a persona that takes verbal abuse, so doesn't actually suffer from the verbal abuse)

yeah I'm a rationalist and all of the TESCREAL people I know are also rats (I've never met any extropians/cosmists though and I don't know what those things are)

The NYC city income tax rate is only ~4%. Most of the income taxes go to the federal/state government, but I don't think it's fair to count that here because they aren't bearing the cost of childcare?

Instagram isn't choosing not to publish articles in Canada though? The ONA *limits* press freedom by forbidding Meta from distributing news in Canada.

MV3 doesn't prevent the methods currently used to block ads on YouTube. The only issue is that you need to bundle filters with the content blocker extension itself so it takes a bit longer to push out new filters.
