*** Maintenance of the committee information system - ZHV ***

When: Thursday, November 20, 2025, 9:30am to 1pm

The Allris committee information system will be unavailable due to a software version update.

*** RWTH email maintenance ***

When: Wednesday, November 19, 2025, 8am to 1pm

There may be brief interruptions in connectivity. The administration front end (MailAdm) will be temporarily unavailable. Users will not be able to manage their email accounts via Selfservice.

When: Wednesday, November 19, 2025, 6am to 7am

Due to maintenance work, the RWTHonline system will be unavailable during the specified period.

*** ADAM maintenance ***

When: Tuesday, November 18, 2025, 9am to 12 noon

The ADAM systems will undergo regular maintenance during the specified period. This may result in brief connection interruptions. The web app will also be temporarily unavailable.

When: Tuesday, November 18, 2025, 8am to 9am

Due to maintenance, git.rwth-aachen.de and git-ce.rwth-aachen.de will be temporarily unavailable.

*** Computer cluster maintenance ***

When: Tuesday, November 18, 2025, 8am to 6pm

The entire CLAIX HPC system will be unavailable.
The file system and login nodes should be available again from 12 noon. Jobs will only be executed once all maintenance has been completed.

When: Tuesday, November 18, 2025, 8am to 8:30am

Technical adjustments will be made to the RWTHapp, IT Center Help, eduroam Device Manager, and Picture Manager applications. There may be occasional brief disruptions.
