A friend of mine does for his novel. I don't know his full process, but from what he's told me, it's primarily for ideating, and hammering in key moments/lines during a commute by car. L But from there, its a lot of editing both to the prose, pacing and basic grammar that the VtT can't distinguish.

Yeahhhhhhh they've been messing with some pretty awful ideas. A couple months ago, they did this for the volume levels. The BIG circle was the volume level, and the little dot represented the middle of the meter.
