Passed on a horse chestnut sapling which kindly grew when planted in a pot in our garden. It first sprouted in 2020, so now it will continue growing in a Charvil park to commemorate all who suffered during the COVID pandemic.

Had great showers, some really heavy last couple of days which are very welcome after a very dry summer. Went outside to be greeted by a wonderful double rainbow.

We had ratties as our kids first pets. They were wonderful and we even took them on holiday to a caravan park or left them with my parents to care for whilst we were away 🙂
