Finally uploading the music I made for The Lovecraft Tapes podcast to my YouTube, getting my VOD channel in order, and starting a commission I've had delayed for way too long.

Made like 4 lbs of kimchi today bc this is how I take my life back 🫡
The hand-mixed combination of the napa cabbage and kimchi paste to make fresh kimchi. Fresh ingredients for the kimchi paste separated and weighed in a metal bowl: julienned carrot and Korean radish, green onion, buchu, and minari. Brined napa cabbage, now rinsed, in a large white bowl with combined kimchi paste and a red silicone spatula. The paste has a porridge consistency and has jullienned carrot and Korean radish visible, as well as minari, green onion, and buchu. End result of the kimchi porridge paste before it is mixed with the fresh ingredients and added to the cabbage. It was made with yellow onion, garlic, ginger, kosher salt, turbinado sugar, Korean pear, Korean tuna-based fish sauce, vegetable stock made into a puree, then mixed with gochugaru and a porridge of sweet rice flour, vegetable stock, and turbinado sugar.

Haven't posted lately, my little guy & best friend went missing last week. We're devastated looking for him, posting everywhere, all those things you do.

I even got a nice, infected spider bite (I hope) to show for trudging around overgrown weeds by the road searching. Miss you, Frank.

This very chill grasshopper came to hang out with me tonight for a bit.

Landed on my bucket as I was emptying it out and walking back inside, feeling shitty. Let me take a few pictures before she hopped away.

I'm gonna start feeding my man inside now that my allergic roommate noticed the anti-allergy food removing his reactions bc I literally have to babysit every time I feed.

Guess who's a bigger, faster eater, and likes to try to get more food?

Bonus cat friend

This poor little guy accidentally ate an old treat today so now I have to make sure he doesn't show symptoms of eating mold 🤞

So far so good tho!

My cat, Frank, was napping on the recliner next to me the other day while I was playing a game and I farted and woke him up.

Sorry bud.
A black cat is laying on his side on the edge of a tan, overstuffed recliner. He opens his eyes and looks up at the camera, woken from sleep and looks confused with his mouth open slightly. The cat is in the same position as before, except his head is further over the edge of the seat and he's extended one arm up and across his body to the arm of the chair, closing his eyes and keeping his mouth slightly open, as if to return to sleep but still slightly confused - his confusion unresolved.
