My brain is starting to pull back the curtain a bit and show me with absolute certainty that This Is Not a Drill. The train actually crashes this time. 🪦
This is how I managed my stress today. Managed to run errands and do things with the kids plus complete a puzzle that I have had since last Christmas and hadn't touched. It's an easy one, but it still felt good to focus on something for myself and just tune the world out for a little while.
