Modernism is a history of infections: by political movements; by mass culture and consumerism; and now by the internet, information technology, and interactivity. The openness to exteriority and it's infections is an essential characteristic of the modernist inherentance...

There is this constant reproduction of mass media that we all enjoy, and distract each other with, which really just equates to being mediated by representations of corporate art and the self-fulfilling whims of wealthy people.

Why obfuscate observable universal order with culturally archaic notions of 'god'?

Please leave me alone with all of your notions. Go do your little consumerist dance and feed corporate oligarchs in the name of obscurantist and folkoric religions.

You don't have to.

Imagine letting the capricious and self-serving will of one petulant and incompetent person dictate the future well being and livelihood of trillions. 🤔

You don't have to imagine. It happened.
