Oh dear just discovered that the White House's LinkedIn pic is now a photo of Trump, so for anyone who's ever listed the White House as their place of work, it shows up like this.

Every single part of this entire interview is nonsensical. As in the words, strung together as sentences, in the form of questions and answers make no sense. Two men who think they sound smarter if they never admit they don’t know wtf the other one just said or meant. www.nytimes.com/2025/06/26/o...

It says something about the tenor of the reader emails I've been getting lately that I immediately assumed this subject line was a troll.

I might have suggested some word other than "exploding," but that's just me.

I'm as suspicious of widespread surveillance as the next guy, but the idea that tech was useless in catching the UHC shooter seems totally false to me. Yes, a random guy was able to ID him from distributed photos, but how do you suppose police got those photos?

One interesting nugget from this: how Meta AI, which is now baked into WhatsApp's search bar, is complicating WhatsApp's encryption promises.

Behold my 5 year old’s beautiful birthday cake (!) and Christmas tree drawings, celebrating his favorite months of the year.

My 5-year old has to dress as his favorite decade for school this week, which is really something since he’s only been around for half of one.

Which half-baked option pulled together from random items in his closet do I go with?
