Perhaps it was his upbringing, idk, but I made the decision to finally unfriend him on all socials. I was blinded by the great memories we had together, and failed to see that in reality, we wouldn't actually be a match, and he would most likely see me as a weirdo.

I still had him as a friend on my other social media, but he recently reposted something transphobic. I kind of stared at it for a while, and opened his profile to see his other shared posts - many of them were homophobic, and he was my age.

I remember mentioning before about how "handsome" I was, as I used to have really short hair, and he would shake his head with an odd look on his face as response. I kind of just brushed this off, maybe he just thought I was being silly.
