We have to be conscientious of where our brothers are at if we see them begin to go the wrong direction then we must do our best to turn them around, if they are truly repentant then forgive them.🧵👇🏻

Living like that is better than facing punishment of death but thanks be to Jesus we do not have to face eternal punishment. In this life, we do. Our choices have consequences that we must face.🧵👇🏻

Jesus died for all sinners of which Paul says“I was the worst”. Facing the punishment is unbearable.Jesus says it would be better for the millstone to be tied around someone’s neck.This person is constantly plagued by this weight of guilt around their neck that is continues to pull them under tow.🧵👇🏻

Not only does it damage the victims but the guilt someone carries after being involved in this crime can be too much to bear. Some while facing stiff jail sentences reluctantly choose to end their lives many others live in constant fear of being exposed in dangerous situations.

this will free us to receive God’s plan with joy and not allow anger bitterness and depression to control us. Thank God that He is a loving Father who is not timid about calling us out on our bad attitudes.

Wow! Depression’s root is anger towards God while living with a false sense of entitlement. It’s always best just to leave our expectations at the feet of Jesus. If we do this we will release our own will,🧵👇🏻

Jonah wanted God to have pity on him that’s why he starts complaining about God having mercy on Nineveh but he allows this mindset to take ahold of him and he says he just wants to die.🧵👇🏻
