It is Hodari Spiele. The Galaxy Postman reprint. It is seeming like the publisher did something wrong here possibly. But it isn't entirely clear.

Not sure exactly but some people are saying they may have chosen the wrong shipping option with UPS so things like customs weren't pre-paid for.

Actually it looks like it's more than tariffs. They are shipping from Europe via UPS and UPS sent me an email saying we owed $50. But apparently only $15 of that is tariffs (still not ideal). The rest is a "brokerage fee". Seems everyone in the USA is in the same boat and trying to figure it out.

Gotta take care of our mental health. It is helping me to re-channel some old activism. Feeling that I'm doing something to counter things is good - though my niche of activism is very specific (national forest protection). I'm leaning into where I am strongest.
