So far so good with this one, we'll see if it happens again
It sucks because it's not entirely easy to reproduce, sometimes it behaves for a few hours at a time lol

Max has made rigged models for use in game before but this one isn't set up for use, just a model only

It really seems to be youtube specifically, maybe a hardware acceleration thing
I was able to get it to stutter with the ethernet pulled while the video was buffering
But if I close that tab, it stops

The only hint as to what might be going on is this, in krita's pen tester window you can see the stylus is still being read properly but it's the updates that snap the mouse to the stylus positions that's messing up, causing the stuttering

Not even close to maxing out. Though I did find out that it's a global problem and not krita. Just moving the cursor around an empty desktop will cause it to stutter. And it happens much more often if I'm playing a youtube video, maybe this is why I never noticed it before

It's not just the stylus either though, because keyboard hotkeys are lagging out and not being read sometimes too
