If you read my work you know it’s deeply personal. In my books and essays and I pour it out purposefully because I aim to write things I wish I read when I needed it. Or about things that represent connection and love. I try to let my work lead back to love and peace and gratefulness’s.

I love fall so much, I imagine the paths in Central Park and in Central New York at Beaver Lake and Green Lakes and the leaves 🍁 Sad face! I crave that crisp air of fall, but that’s not reality in the south. Oh well, here’s excerpts through the seasons of my memoir Heart Trail
