I've been thinking this all day too, and I'm not exactly a huge fan of the Beeb.

I've only ever watched that once. Never since. It's too much for me. 🫂

There's also a Star Trek Voyager episode called (I think?) 'Oblivion' that for similar reasons I equally can never watch again.

It's always a bit of a shock to me when 'light entertainment' serves up such profound stuff.
