The ref has had a, um, interesting first half. Call that shouldn’t have been made that were. Calls that should’ve been made that weren’t. More cards should’ve been given. Not exactly a stellar half for him

I don’t know how long this run the #isles have been on is gonna last, but damn this has been fun. And what this kid has done so far is remarkable.
Matthew Schaefer potted the overtime winner and became the third-youngest player in the past 80 years to score a goal in consecutive games, as well as the youngest defenseman in NHL history to achieve the feat.

I don’t know how long this run the #isles have been on is gonna last, but damn this has been fun. And what this kid has done so far is remarkable.
Missed the #isles games this weekend as we were visiting family in Virginia. DVR’d last nights game against that other NY hockey team fully expecting to delete it when I got back home. Never been so glad to be so wrong. Can’t wait to watch and enjoy that game.

Ian Happ was already the 1st Cubs outfielder to win 3 Gold Glove Awards -- he now has a 4th for his trophy case. Happ is the only NL left fielder to win 4 in a row since the award went position-specific for outfielders in 2011.
