If at any point you feel like dropping out of either auditions or the main tournament, please contact the judges right away, so we can make arrangements to keep the tournament moving.

Additionally, you are allowed to team up with one person to submit a joint audition. Prizes will be awarded to each person. Only teams of 2 are allowed.

(Warning labels do not count as panels for entry length.) If you’re unsure if what you’re making goes too far, contact the judges/mods through the help-ticket system in the discord.

This is a PG-13 rated OCT. No nudity, mature sexual content or excessive gore is permitted in the entries or discord. Less extreme levels of provocative and/or gorey material is permitted, so long as it’s censored or there’s a warning label in front of the entry.

5.) Submit your reference sheet(s) and comic through the official IGOCT discord, in the reference sheets and audition submission channels respectively.

4.) Be sure to place your audition and reference sheets somewhere online that’s easy for archival.

Discord and Google Docs are not a safe place for archival.

3.) Create a comic of your OC(s) entering the setting of the tournament in 12 panels or less. The exact method they get on the island is secondary to the fact that they’re on the island now and cannot leave.

2.) You may also enter a second OC into the tournament, sharing the audition with your 1st OC. No more than 2 OCs are allowed to enter.

Unlike auditions and entries, there is no limit to your reference sheet size, but be aware that if it’s so packed with information to the point that it’s difficult to read in full, that will be considered during judging.

1.) Create a reference sheet for your character. (Templates are available in the IGOCT discord, but are not required.) This includes a character turnaround, name, age, pronouns/gender, personality and list of powers, with other information like backstory, like and dislikes etc. being optional.
