At the very least it’s easier for me to catch certain note patterns and sightread denser charts, so that won’t go away but having to build up new muscle memory will be tough.

I can just imagine the sales pitch to not axe Prime 4 during its development involving Retro showing Nintendo they added claptrap to the game and getting the go ahead, and now they’re stuck committing to the bit.

I had to use every ounce of professionalism to not scream RTFM whenever a student asked about syscall opcodes when I taught machine structures. Like I legit even printed them out cheat sheets for that very reason, and it was really easy to tell when they’ve been groking info from Gemini or Copilot.
