Vance is basically saying that the agent was suffering from PTSD. Any law enforcement officer who is "sensitive" because of a job related injury has no business being back on the job; he should be in therapy.

Extremely important for younger voters to get Fully involved in PRIMARIES. Support real hard ass fighters with your time, your money, and your votes. Most importantly: IF YOUR PERSON LOSES THE PRIMARY, DON'T THROW IN THE TOWEL AND GIVE THE POSITION TO THE REPUBLICANS...VOTE ANYWAY!!!
