I was just about say Ant needs to be more aggressive. He’s creating and doing other things which is good but 6pts is not going to cut it lol

I believe that Ant needs a certain type of coaching to get to that next level. Someone like a Ime or Mike Malone I think would get more out of him and more out of the core pieces of this team.

Age and demeanor fits well. The energy of the team doesn’t reflect 🐜’s game at all. Matching him with a PG like that is important imo. The other main thing is a new HC. Not just for schematic reasons but to bring new energy. Finch has done all he could for this team. The next step requires more.

First thing is getting the President of Basketball ops & HC on the same accord.
From what I seen last season and this season it seems like there is a disconnect. Next is a real PG. Not any PG but one with a handle close to Ant’s that can cut thru traffic. I thought Sexton would be perfect.

Yes I do. I think talking about Anthony Edwards and his flaws and deflecting from the real issues of this team will do nothing but continue to hold this organization back.

I actually agree with this. It will need to be something crazier like them not making the playoffs this season…. Which is very much possible seeing the way me match up against against the best teams in the West so far.

Thank you for this response! Coaches can make players better but Ant’s development has nothing to do with Finch. That’s nice that people actually think so highly of Finch though lol

The Lakers didn’t have a legit center but other than that the Lakers were fine. The games were close with the exception of Game 1 and 5. Again we won that series because of Anthony Edwards. I watched that series during o-season like 5 times. It was his energy, creation & footwork that won series.

There are definitely a lot of caveats to the playoff run last season. One is that they barely made the playoffs. Majority of the reason they did was because of how well Ant played to win the last two games that secured 6th seed.
