Apparently these are done from the subtitles so JR East becomes "Junior East" in the voiceover. OTOH, this does mean there's no "New Trunk Line" leaking through.

We just need better financial engineering. Put the CapEx on their books and only build stuff that's plausibly OpEx acceptable to the main agglomerative beneficiary.
