Even if regular 87 octane gas would be $2.50 or $2.75, it doesn’t change the $600 car note, the $300 insurance, the $400 parking, increasing costs for tolls, tires, car wash … and I don’t understand why people fight public rail, subway, bus transportation considering savings not having to have a car

Restarting a plant that nearly gave PA & MD a taste of Chernobyl at a time when nuclear power is the most expensive energy source while Wind & Solar are not only safer and cheaper but offer employment in the technologies and energy sources of the future.

It is a monster blow to the US agricultural industry,not only soybean producers. In addition affected are farming equipment manufacturers, truckers, rail, barge & tugboat operators, silo and storage facilities not to speak about ocean terminals and steamship lines that would have carried this cargo

Madness … on so many levels not just cost and safety (what again is the worst case scenario for environment and humans in the event of a wind or solar plant failure?) but AI Datacenters consuming millions of gallons of drinking water and Nuclear power plants the same!
