Some have begun seeing their periods and the hormones are bringing the acne/pimples to the yard.
Guiding them early into a good routine will ensure they don’t get PIH & ice pick scars or boxcars. Those will damage their self esteem more.

Unpopular opinion- The 2 finger rule for sunscreen does not apply in cases of your thicker, non liquidy sunscreen formulas.
I prefer being generous. Enough to coat the skin and if possible layering the sunscreen.
That is- applying a first layer. Be generous. Divide to the 4 quadrants of the face and

🛑 Why are you using the Kojic acid soap all over your face/body & every single day too? 😱It is an exfoliant that’s meant to be used ONLY on the hyperpigmentation areas/spots for at least every other 2nd or 3rd day + spf correctly to prevent the hyperpigmentation from worsening.
