lolll. idk i think we had to get rid two. i think we only have a big sauce pan which is an awesome shape and a really inconvenient pasta pot with a built in strainer which is dumb af but good for stock if i wasnt so lazy. and idk im like mostly italian i love oil so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

i found it super hard to control, idk. the room temp is a good call tho.

I will flag that i am not a professional chef. I think a lot depends on your stove too. like it might not be the cookware at the end of the day, but i have found all clad to be a worse experience and i have ruined them at a far higher rate than simple cast iron.

you literally dont need anything other than cast iron, like.
our big all clad sautee pan always overheats no matter how low i put it, and things stick to it awfully. we also have a smaller one that does the same. their non stick is also like not good for you bc C H E M I C A L S. they dont last
