Anyone can draw. Anyone. Yes, the person who is disabled can draw. Yes, you, who has only ever drawn as a preschooler. If you want to draw, you can get there, it's a skill and you have to dedicate time and effort to it, but you can learn.

to seguindo o conselho que recebi de ver reels pra relaxar e tbm vejo fotografia e me ajuda muito! eu me sentia mal de rolar o reels mas isso é um descanso válido sabe. não me sinto exausta, me relaxa real :) me auto cobrando menos. e arte me preenche mas as vezes esgota tbm, hm contraditorio
