I think I prefer B, something about having the stomach visually represented feels better than just having an internal picture shot like A, but allows you more creative freedom and higher resolution than sticking it inside the pred's body like in C.

Food names are dehumanizing. The entire appeal of core (at least for me) is that this is happening to a thinking, feeling person, and all the thoughts and emotions that produces. Using food names (unless played with in a dark way where dehumanizing is exactly the point) strips that away.
