I don't say "It's cold out" too often. Spending the weekend in Tennessee for my brothers wedding, I wore tee shirts and polos when those around me hustled about in coats. But today, I gotta say, It's cold out (and they just cancelled school because the busses wouldn't start).

We think of Nashville for Country Music and the Grand Ole Opry but it also boasts a full sized Parthenon and giant golden Athena.

With my wife, we volunteered to work at our kids' swim club's big December meet. On day 2, I was on the Daktronics time tracker. The amount of process with checks, rechecks, DQ slip reviews, signoffs and reconciliation is just amazing. I was rather impressed with USA Swimming's process.

Great GCP DevFest today. I had to leave a bit early for my kiddos but lots of great content!

I made a delicious chilli and pan of cornbread today.
