Good thing he's not into Rebecca. It was an easter egg described as being purely a hobby of a CG artist who worked on RE2og, when the easter egg was first revealed in the RE2 research book there was no mention of Wesker, the picture is a recruitment photo that wasn't even developed

It's in RE2r because it was in the original. The photo is different because they took a photo of her standing up presenting her alternative Basketball outfit to have more modern graphics. In Japanese it's still "promising new recruit" and not smth like Rising Rookie.

It's probably just a recruitment photo since it has "promising or expected new member" written on it in Japanese. Also in RE2og it was just an easter egg by a CG artist who worked on RE2 so not actual important lore by writers etc. Also the RE2og director debunked that Wesker creeped on her.

And I doubt that Wesker Mode has such a creepy meaning, it's just a non canon fun mode, I don't say you can't ship them but I am annoyed by people who actually consider him a pedo/lolicon because of a easter egg with no deeper meaning
