After 20 days of my mastodon instance being subtly unable to federate, I was able to fix it with a single env change and a %s/=404/@proxy/g in my nginx config
Please just let my pain be over.
I think I have finally fixed the mastodon streaming container and it should hopefully fully work now.

who new changing the LOCAL_DOMAIN variable might break things.
still works fine on anything I was already logged in to for some reason (even posting works and appears across logged in devices?), will look into further

I love putting things down in a different spot than usual, forgetting where I put them, and then having to spend 10 minutes looking for them. With the frequency that I do it it must be my favourite pastime.

Hex casting is such an interesting minecraft mod.
Want to cast fireball? Best I can do is summon an explosion at a set of coordinates.

Well either the placebo effect is magic or this is magic, because I really can just think "i should go do this thing" and then I actually go do it almost immediately.

I'm so mad. I installed Debian on an old NUC I got recently, but no matter what I do I always get 'Not authorized to control networking' unless using sudo. I'm in the sudo and netdev groups and have tried setting up polkit rules but nothing has worked.
This has never happened to me before.

I was setting up a villager trading hall in my hardcore world, but because I have the rebalance enabled I need to get villagers from other biomes for certain enchantments. I decided that I would need leads to transport villagers in boats easier, so I started building a slime farm. Partway through-
