How is Cr Chung the best person for an additional leadership role, five minutes into the new Council? How is anybody going to feel comfortable in any forum Cr Chung chairs? Is Mayor Little wanting to make anybody but bullies feel unsafe in local kāwanatanga spaces? That is so disturbing.

SURELY Cr Chung demonstrated possessing and acting upon a palette of harmful biases. Yes he was elected and he should represent people in his ward. I would respect a Mayor who works towards restorative justice and enables a culture where all can grow and develop including Cr Chung.
