I’m a 36 year old man. I genuinely thought HBK vs Undertaker from WM 25 would be my favorite match forever. Well @hangmanpage.bsky.social and Mox proved me wrong. That match… the performance of everyone involved… the amount of stories they brought together… that was my favorite match of all time.

New Donkey Kong game looks amazing but I’m not sure I’ll ever get used to the new design (yes I know it matches the movie)

The fact only one Democratic congressman interrupted the Fascist’s speech but ten voted to censure him tells me all I need to know about their complicity.

Never once has a history book said “but luckily the despot was overthrown by polite decorum and a stern, disapproving glance”.

I have literally never had chills from a half time show like I did Sunday. Oddly enough this might be the first thing that truly convinced me American culture can never be reunited >_>

With my daughters health mystery consuming so much of our lives this issue of my comic I drew last spring has taken way longer then expected to get into peoples hands and I have to say the joke on the cover hits differently now that a year ago.

I think the phrase “separate art from the artist” has been broadened too much to have a definitive answer.

If a book is written by a known trash human I won’t buy it. Not only will that financially “justify” their continued influence but the story will inevitably be influenced by the trashitude
Can you separate the author/artist from their work? I don't know if there is a right answer, but I've been thinking about that question again with all the Neil Gaiman resurfacing in the news. #booksky

Diamond filing for bankruptcy is not something I had on my 2024 bingo card. I’m hopeful this will be better for the industry in the long term but I think undoubtedly this will be incredibly painful (and dangerous) for the American comic book industry in the short and medium term.

I’ve been trying to film my “goodbye tik tok, thanks for the memories and follow me here” video for days.

I only amassed like 8,000 followers there but the community is so tight knit and amazing.

It's a big day, America. Historically speaking.
Stand with democracy during these crucial coming hours.

Today is one of the worst days in American history and Joe Biden shoulders so much of the blame.

The fact we are clinging to “restoring the process” as some sort of silver lining while reinstating the very man who broke the process is disgusting.

There should be a term for struggling to fall back asleep because the dream “felt like a complete story arc”.

Yo disagree with me all you want, I’m pretty confident today was the last day in our lifetimes we could honestly say a decent, genuine and honorable (former) president was still kicking. No one with half his integrity will ever be allowed close to that position again.

I love stumbling onto those AI "artist" bios that are like:

"Passionate, innovative, transformative artist, breathing life into stories with visual masterpieces crafted in diverse mediums."

And then you see an ACTUAL artist's bio and it's like:

"I make dogshit. Post art sometimes. Fuck off."

The two quickest ways to radicalize people are by talking healthcare and education. At the end of the day most people agree everyone should have access to those things.

If you want people to realize it’s class war not culture war you focus on those two things.

The trick is how you talk about it.

I suppose introductions are in order. My name is RJ and I am a dad first and foremost. I also used to review comic books on Tik Tok and about a year ago that turned into me writing and drawing one even though I had no artistic background.
